NFS closes Multi-Unit transaction in 120 days

Walters Boys, LLC joined the Jimmy John’s brand through the purchase of two Arizona Jimmy John’s, sold by NFS for JJ’s of Arizona, LLC. The seller had 4 restaurants and was easing in to retirement, then engaged NFS to sell 2/4. The buyer was looking for the right opportunity and was approved by Jimmy John’s to build in Washington. Coincidentally, the buyers had a job transfer from WA to AZ when the listing became available. The transaction closed escrow 120 days from purchase contract.
