Kensington Hill Capital, a holding company with investments in restaurants and real estate. National Franchise Sales facilitated the recent acquisition of two additional Jimmy John’s units in Ohio by Kensington increasing their operation to 46 Jimmy John’s restaurants in three states with the majority of its concentration located in the Southeast.
