NFS the consummated sale of a Subway restaurant in Spokane, WA on behalf of franchisee North Idaho Subways LLC. The buyer, first time franchisee Longhorn, LLC was introduced to the Subway system by NFS who successfully facilitated the corporate approval process, and a challenging lease negotiation.
