The circumstances of this offering present several areas of opportunity for a Buyer
The seller is no longer available to operate the stores and these stores are currently being operated by Special Manager, High Ridge Partners, LLC, (“HRP”), a middle market financial and management consulting firm in Chicago, who was appointed on July 6, 2022 to support management through the sale process.
An outline of the opportunity is as follows:
- Denny's Multi-Unit Group in two markets
- Reasonable rents with long property control
- Full complement of certified Managers, District Managers and a Director of Operations available
